Montville, Maleny, Kenilworth, Gympie and Eumundi. Many of the vineyards are a

South Burnett region is bordered by the Great Dividing Range and Kingaroy. This
region is the fastest developing wine area in Queensland with currently 600
acres in 25 vineyards. Today there are over 20 vineyards, cellar doors and
wineries in the region
If you come to the South Burnett
region, don't miss a trip to the Bunya Mountains National Park with its walking
tracks leading to lookouts with breathtaking views.
With a high altitude and mild winters, the South Burnett area can be compared
to NSW's Hunter Valley when it comes to winegrape production.
